Description

Regarding continuous awareness of environmental issues, manufacturers and customers increasingly turn their interests into businesses and products compatible with the environment. It’s quite normal that diverse business owners’ attention is caught to these new products, which have gained popularity through the years because of their adaptability to the environment. One of these products is Kraft paper. What is the difference between the Kraft process and other paper production methods? Kraft paper is popular among producers and consumers due to its high Sulfur ratio and not vastly usage of bleaching materials, which causes less strength and more cost. This practical paper is firm, flexible, low cost, and resistant to tear. Unlike the other methods in the paper production industry, it’s possible to utilize any wood, such as Gummy Pine and Bamboo, for producing Kraft paper. Furthermore, almost 100% of materials that are used in this process are recycled and used again. Kraft means resistance in the German language. Kraft paper has the most usage in the packaging industry. Its base weight is usually in the range of 18 to 200 pounds (approximately 8.2 to 90.7 kg). The heaviest weight used in industry and has high sales is around 25 to 80 pounds (approximately 11.3 to 36.3 kg). The natural color of هد (unbleached) is bright brown. However, Kraft paper can be white as well. The natural Kraft paper (brown) is the firmest prevalent paper for packaging. Whenever the maximum strength is needed, Kraft paper is used; for industrial bags, food bags, inner layers of multi-layer bags, or as simple packing paper. The Kraft fibers are applied to produce the liner of corrugated cardboard and high-quality cardboard as well. Natural and raw Kraft paper is more porous than normal paper, so it makes it less efficient for printing. However, the bleached Kraft paper is the firmest white paper, which is used wherever strength, print quality, and appearance are important. Bags for flour, sugar, dried fruits, and vegetables, as well as labels, are other usages of this product. The paper is coated or laminated to improve its characteristics and makes it stronger. Polyamine Resin or Polyamide Resin can be added to the kraft fibers and make them dry under the heat to produce a stronger and more resistant paper to moisture. Moreover, it is used in biscuits, pastries, spices, fast foods, and cooked products packaging wrappers by adding plastic laminates or foils. Food packaging bags, in particular, are required to significantly maintain their strength because of being in close contact with moist food supplies and other products. Light packaging bags should tolerate 40 to 60 grams per square meter, while heavier bags, such as food packaging bags, should tolerate 12 kilograms per square meter; their grammage range reaches 110 grams per square meter. The gift boxes wrapped in brown Kraft paper and decorated with pink ribbon and golden labels have attracted many customers nowadays. The neutral color of Kraft paper makes it more practical for creativity, compared to colorful and textured papers, since it can be designed and decorated favorably. Moreover, Kraft-inspired decoration and invitation cards can reduce the costs of weddings and events. With more usage of these kinds of products with eco-friendly approaches, provide your customers with products which using them makes good sensation, and also, leads them to pay respect to the Earth, which we all are living on it.  Taw Kaghaz corporation, whose establishment idea is rooted in the developmental goals and notions of the founders of the Sadr group, has begun its activity by importing Kraft paper and always tries to provide its customers with the latest high-quality products at a reasonable price.
