The training department of Taw Kaghaz corporation is in constant contact with reliable and leading educational centers in the country, including The Industrial Management Organization of Iran, Industrial Engineering Association of Iran, Standard Organization, and credible and related centers that organize seminars and training courses. To keep all employees updated on their respective work regulations and information, the corporation takes steps to register and submit its personnel to these classes and courses outside the organization. Since training has evaluated the effectiveness of the internal and external education, and the results will be announced to the unit and department managers and senior management of the corporation. For the accurate implementation of educational affairs, Taw Kaghaz corporation has prepared and formulated the executive education method, which is considered in the regulation, as well.
