The ISO Unit
The ISO unit has been established in the Taw Kaghaz corporation to organize and integrate all the activities based on specific standards due to the regulations, and also, to stability in the process of production quality, executing methods and instructions, and compiled regulations for all sections. This unit causes uniformity, enhancement of productivity, and prevention of ineffective processes. Moreover, for connection with different countries and cooperation with other companies around the globe, ISO is a sign of reputation and quality. Also, to build a collaboration with them, having ISO is necessary. Using experienced industrial engineers, the ISO unit is established to implement approaches and strategies of all different corporation sections, regarding the corporation perspectives. Through educating, evaluating, and monitoring employees' functions, this unit studies weaknesses, strengths, and opportunities, and corrective actions will be done in this regard. The most important goal of the ISO unit is to assist the corporation to turn its training and daily activities into a high-efficiency investment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
All units and departments in the Taw Kaghaz corporation have their specific importance. However, one of the main units is the quality assurance or ISO unit. Its process planning and sub-units activities have a massive importance in the corporation. This unit has an efficient role in achieving business and quality goals. In the quality management section and activities of the quality assurance unit, the corporation function periodic reports are prepared and presented to the senior managers by the ISO unit. Moreover, this unit receives the business targets and strategic plans from the CEO and makes the necessary efforts to turn them into executive projects, operational plans to implement, and also achieving the assigned targets. The ISO unit has designed and implemented proper plans to fulfill the customers' demands and satisfy them.
