Industries Department

The industrial engineering department works as the decision authority and essential pillar of planning all affairs, predicting all operations, and determining the execution path for all of the Aras Taw Kaghaz corporation departments. In addition to all the duties of the industrial unit and planning, this department is responsible for the corporation's quality assurance duty to well-determine all qualitative and quantitative indexes and monitor them, as well. The industrial engineering department has different tasks in the path of evolution of Aras Taw Kaghaz corporation which contains the pre-exploitation and the post-exploitation periods. A summary of these distinct tasks will be presented in the following.

Pre-Exploitation Period (Start-Up Stage)

- Participation in the factory planning - Designing the layout of the factory - Participation in the process of purchasing the equipment and machines - Project controlling in different work areas - Supervision for performing determining processes in project control and presenting respective reports - Preparation of all of the industrial structures of diverse corporation departments which after setting up, departments will work based on that. - Preparation of all of the instructions and methods required by the corporation to utilize in the launching stage - Preparation of regulations and organizational chart and estimation of required human resources

Exploiting Period

- Participation in installing devices and equipment - Pursuing and implementing all the programs and instructions stated in the regulations - Preparing the products BOM to estimate and provide raw materials and necessities - Planning in different areas( production, storage, PM, sale, etc.) - Preparation of the annual sales budget in quantity and Riyals with the coordination of the related units - Implementation of the standards specified by ISO - Preparing and analyzing different reports for the assigned indexes of all units, weekly, monthly, and annually - Implementing the layout of different sections - Preparation of the company's SWOT standard, supervision and control of factors determined in this method, and submission of related reports
